Supporting the Endocrine System through Holistic Chiropractic Care.

Have you ever wondered what makes an amazing chiropractor different from a good chiropractor? It’s asking the right questions to get the right information from the body to make an accurate correction or adjustment so it can function better as well as become more synchronized within its interplay.  Blended with intuition, the better the chiropractor can read the body, the better he can assist it to heal.

Certain components become key elements on the results such as:

  1. knowing what to adjust,
  2. when to adjust,
  3. how to adjust (not all body’s welcome the adjustment the same way, some methods work better on some while others work better on others)
  4. when not to adjust
  5. where to adjust and
  6. what order to adjust in.

And when there is a system that allows the chiropractor to have those components all implemented, then you get results that are miraculous. It’s really all about communication. Is it a complete cycle of giving and receiving information or is it similar to being talked at or enforced? The subtleties of this makes all the difference.

So how is this done?

Well we are talking about a method where the chiropractor can communicate with the body in such a way that the body provides different signals based on the information introduced. This process is called a Binary Bio-feedback Loop. Binary meaning working in pairs of opposites (like yes/no, on/off, plus/minus, or in computers – zeros/ones). Bio-feedback is the process of the body giving back information after information was initially presented to it and the loop is what occurs when the cycle of communication of sending information to the body is finished by having a response return through a signal.

This opens up the platform to a substantial amount of data the chiropractor can receive from the body and in doing so, can go about correcting or assisting in reorienting the body to synchronize efficiently. This in turn builds the intuitive and analytical sense of the chiropractor.

So when it comes to the Endocrine System, it’s no different.

I had a patient who had adrenal fatigue. Was totally exhausted. A detailed case history, revealed he was overloading his body with supplements to increase focus and energy levels. On top of the supplements, he would have caffeine in the form of black tea a few times a day and confessed that he started consuming chocolate covered coffee beans. On top of that, he mentioned feeling like sleep was continuously left wanting. All of which resulted in and indicated adrenal fatigue.

Analyzing the body through the communication pathways of binary biofeedback loops, we concluded that the Endocrine system was under considerable compromise. Looking for ways to adjust the nervous system to support and reinforce the endocrine system, we hit walls. No green light no matter how we looked at it. So what to do? Well, continue looking for answers of course. After funneling through a vast array of possibilities, we finally saw a portal of entry that was supportive to the body’s specific and unique needs.
First step was synchronizing the adrenals with the rest of the endocrine system.
Now we knew what, next question was how!
Funneling through more questions, we got the how. That included where to adjust, which order to adjust to best unlock or unwind these patterns and what method to adjust these patterns (as there are many).

Well to make a long story short, and to really drive home the point of this message, after making the proper corrections on the body, the patient noticed his energy levels increase. He stated he could be more productive at work and could focus as oppose to passing out in front of his computer at work. He felt like a reset button was pushed and he can function normally.  The point being is we are only as good as the questions we ask. Having a blend of intuition and analytical analysis, a gateway of possibilities open up for handling concerns.
